Antique Copper Firewood Bucket

For your little house on the prairie...or your cabin in the mountains....or your beach retreat...or your urban pad. I found this at a barn sale in rural Delaware County, NY, and I'm sure it had been used that way for generations.

Or use it to transport family stuff between rooms (i.e. kids' toys, books, etc.)

Or fill it with maps or scrolls or rolls of specialty paper. Or pine cones or evergreen boughs.

Or everytime you think of something you'll like to do or accomplish, write it on a piece of paper and throw it in there...a literal bucket list.

I'm sure you can think of plenty of uses yourself. (Spittoon? To store extra rolls of toilet paper? Hats and gloves by the front door? As a prop in the witches' scene from Macbeth?)
